StrongER — Strength & Performance

StrongER is the men’s strength and performance division at Mindi O’s Fitness. Led by Strength & Performance Coach Dennis Beitler, this program is designed for men who want to build real-world strength, improve movement, and train with purpose.

This program focuses on:

  • Progressive strength training
  • Athletic performance development
  • Conditioning and power work
  • Mobility and joint health
  • Fully coached sessions

You’ll train with:

  • barbells, dumbbells, machines and kettlebells
  • explosive movement patterns
  • strength circuits and athletic conditioning
  • mobility work to protect shoulders, knees, and lower back

Perfect for men who:

  • want to get stronger without wrecking their joints
  • used to be athletes and want that edge back
  • feel stiff, tight, or easily injured
  • are tired of random workouts with no plan
