I started with you last January and was only able to ome to the gym for 8 weeks. Then Covid19. I’m so happy you started zoom classes. I feel stronger and my form has improved. I always look forward to the workouts. Today I dropped some “F” Bombs though!!! I can do things that I could barely do before…like lunges and squats. Yay!!! Need to work on push-ups!! Haha!"
