THINGS TO KNOW:

  1. This is a 6 week body transformation challenge for everyday women looking to lose excess body fat, gain lean mass, feel stronger and more confident mentally, physically and emotionally.
  2. Mindi has been transforming female bodies and changing lives for over 25 years. And now…it’s your turn!!
  3. All participants must fill out an On-line health and fitness assessment to discuss your goals (updated photos will need to be taken in a bikini or sports bra/shorts to assess your physique).
  4. You do not need gym access to participate. All workouts/programs will be customized to what equipment you have available. (Mindi will be offering in studio group training)
  5. Mindi will provide all participants with complete personalized weight training, cardio, nutrition/supplement plans to help you achieve your fitness goals.
  6. This 6 week body transformation challenge is going to require hard work, dedication and consistency to achieve your desired results.

Will my diet and training change over the 6 weeks?

  • Mindi will make changes/tweaks to your programs as your progress towards your goals and according to your physique changes.

HOW TO I GET STARTED?

Once you have made your payment, you will be sent an email with a questionnaire/fitness assessment form to complete. This will give Mindi the proper information needed to customize/design your plan.

If you follow the plan as outlined, you’ll be amazed at the changes in your body and gain the kind of confidence you need to make the right nutrition and fitness choices. It’s important to love the process and take pride in your hard work.
