StrongHER — Women’s Strength Coaching

StrongHER is the women’s group strength training division at Mindi O’s Fitness. These sessions are fully coached, structured, and performance-based — designed to build real strength, improve body composition, and create a supportive training community.

You’ll learn:

  • how to activate glutes and core correctly
  • how to progress safely, even with injuries
  • how to feel confident using weights
