StrongER is a structured coaching program for men who want to get truly strong, move better, and perform like athletes — not just “work out.”

Led by Dennis, this program focuses on:

  • building real, usable strength (not ego lifting)
  • improving athletic performance — speed, power, conditioning
  • mastering proper lifting mechanics and technique
  • preventing injuries by fixing weak links and imbalances

  • barbells, dumbbells, machines and kettlebells
